Shipping Policy

The trust and satisfaction of our customers is very important to us.

For this reason, we always try to ship within 24 hours of the order.
However, depending on demand, the shipment may be postponed by 1–2 days.

In general, delivery times vary between 7–12 days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery may take an additional 2–5 days during public holidays.

If you wish to change or cancel your order after delivery confirmation, please refer to the "Returns and Exchanges" section.

IF THE CUSTOMER INADVERTENTLY PROVIDES AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS OR COMPLETES THE ORDER WITH AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS.

If the address is incomplete, we will email the customer asking them to provide a complete address so that we can proceed with delivery. If the customer ignores our email or does not respond, he/she will be responsible for the delay in delivery.

IF THE CUSTOMER CANNOT BE CONTACTED DURING DELIVERY

In the event that the customer does not collect the parcel for the following reasons:
- Absence during delivery;
- Providing an incorrect delivery address;
- providing incorrect contact information;

it is the customer's responsibility to inform us prior to delivery.

After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer will be notified and given the option to clear the warehouse and collect the order within 7 working days.

If the customer does not collect the parcel in time, we will not be liable if the warehouse/delivery service destroys the order.

The customer is entitled to a 70% refund.

IF THE CUSTOMER REJECTS THE ORDER DURING DELIVERY

If the customer refuses the order during delivery, they will not be entitled to a refund.
